As given in the newspapers of 10-Feb-2011, the jobs will be given in the basis of UGC norms. Whats not clear is
"What the UGC norms in our case, i.e. Computer Science candidates will be ?".
Most of us will fall outside the bracket if NET and Ph.D are set as eligibility.
We discussed with many friends and came to two conclusions :

- If even there is one regular post to be filled in each college and lets presume the total number of colleges is 30, we all know there is hardly any candidates in our circles whom we know of as being UGC Net cleared. It would be difficult to gather enough we suppose.
- For similar reasons, Ph.D is also not a probable selection criteria. There are simply even lesser number of doctorate candidates.
